Rates & Quotes
Pickup at your supplier, export clearance, international freight, import clearance, duties and taxes, and delivery to the destination address. The quote lists each of these separately so you can see where the money goes.
Delivery Timelines
Air is 5–9 days, express sea 22–28, ocean 30–40 and China–Europe rail 20–25, measured door to warehouse. Amazon's own check-in queue sits on top of that.
Process — How It Works
Product type, number and size of cartons, total weight, supplier location, and the destination FBA warehouse or country. Photos and packing lists help but are not required to start.
Customs, DDP & VAT
Yes, both export from China and import at destination are handled as part of the DDP service.
Insurance & Risk
Cargo insurance is available and we recommend it on every shipment. Coverage terms and the premium are shown in the quote.
Amazon FBA
Yes — carton labels, box weight limits, pallet standards and delivery appointments are all part of what we check before your cargo leaves.
Payment
Bank transfer is standard. Available methods are confirmed with your quote.
Products & Restrictions
Yes — dangerous goods, counterfeit or infringing items, and anything restricted in the destination market. We check the product type before quoting.
