Information We Collect
When you contact us for a quote, we receive whatever you choose to send: your name, contact details and the shipment information needed to price and book freight. If you submit a contact form on this site, that information is sent to our server and stored so we can follow up. The quote bar in the hero does not submit anything — it only prefills a WhatsApp message you choose to send.
How We Use It
Shipment and contact information is used to prepare quotes, book transport, complete customs formalities and keep you updated. It is not sold, and it is not used for advertising.
Sharing With Third Parties
Carriers, customs brokers and destination delivery partners receive the information they need to move and clear your cargo. Nothing beyond that is shared unless the law requires it.
Messaging Platforms
Conversations happen on WhatsApp. Where we operate the WhatsApp Business Platform, Meta Platforms Ireland processes those messages on our behalf, and we store the message history — including any photos or documents you send — to handle your shipment and keep our records. WhatsApp is otherwise operated by Meta under its own privacy terms, which you should review. We only send you proactive WhatsApp messages if you have opted in, and you can opt out at any time by telling us.
Retention
Shipment records are kept for as long as customs and accounting rules require, and then deleted.
