This website presents our services and is a way to start a conversation. It does not process bookings or payments, and nothing on it constitutes a binding offer.
Quotes
Quotes are valid only for the period stated on them and are based on the shipment details you provide. If the actual weight, volume or product differs, the price is recalculated before shipping.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the product description, for the legality of the goods in both origin and destination markets, and for holding any registrations the destination country requires of an importer.
Liability
Freight liability follows the applicable transport conventions and the carrier's terms. Cargo insurance is available and recommended; without it, compensation for loss or damage is limited by those conventions.
Timelines
Transit times are estimates. Weather, port congestion, customs inspection and fulfillment-center queues can move dates, and those delays are outside our control.
